Leadership Coaching
Customized 1:1 or group coaching packages
All teams and their leaders need help sometimes.
You don’t need to feel overwhelmed, insecure, or frustrated to seek the help of a coach,
but if you do feel that way, I can help.
Maybe you want to scale up or downsize, and you’re not sure where to start.
I can help with that, too.
You may want to improve a specific leadership skill or strengthen your team’s ability to collaborate. I can help with all of those things.
As the CEO of an FQHC for many years, I led my teams through opening clinics, closing clinics, starting new service lines and expanding service lines, setting Key Performance Indicators and meeting them year after year, and building a strong work culture that had qualified clinicians asking us if they could work there, not the other way around.
No matter what you’re trying to accomplish or what place you’re in mentally, I can tell you I’ve experienced it and can relate.
Let’s work together to get you and your teams feeling confident, competent, and excited to come to work.
