Hi, I'm Jill Steeley

I was the CEO of a federally qualified health center for more than 8 years. I have also been in leadership roles for most of my career, and have had the honor of coaching and mentoring more than 250 healthcare professionals. 

When I took on the CEO position at PureView Health Center, the organization was struggling. They had not been able to recruit a doctor for 5 years, they had shut down the dental clinic because they couldn't find a dental director, and their employee turnover rate was more than 50%.

As the CEO, I was able to recover the business from an $800,000 deficit to nearly $5 million in reserves. I doubled the number of unique patients and tripled the number of providers in all service lines.

I opened onsite pharmacies and started an integrated behavioral health department. Those are great accomplishments, but the accomplishment I am most proud of is receiving the Employer of Choice Award for large businesses in 2023.

My passion is public health. Helping FQHCs be successful is my business.

When I started as the CEO of a Federally Qualified Health Center, the business was struggling to attract new patients, hire high-quality clinicians, integrate new services, meet the federal  requirements, and bring in revenue to keep the doors open.

I served as the CEO of PureView Health Center, an FQHC in Helena, East Helena, and Lincoln, MT for more than 8 years. I left that position in February 2023 to help my son through some health issues.
