Performance Management System FOR BUSY FQHC LEADERS

FQHC’s have endured a lot of changes since the pandemic. The strategies they used before don’t work anymore.

They’re losing providers, facing workforce challenges, and losing patients. FQHCs need a formalized performance management system to ensure everyone is operating from the same playbook, is working toward the same organizational vision and goals, and is managing their team with the same set of values and standards. However, most health centers do not have a formal performance management system, and they’re struggling to hit targets, grow revenue and ensure their sustainability over the long-term. This program provides the framework for continuous performance improvement, maximized productivity, and guaranteed growth and sustainability.

As a Certified Balanced Scorecard Strategic Planning Facilitator and Key Performance Indicator Trainer, I help health centers go through a comprehensive, collaborative strategic planning process. I then take that plan and help the leadership team create departmental KPIs and individual employee goals. Unlike other strategic planning facilitators, who leave after the strategy has been set, I work with your leadership team on an ongoing basis to be sure they understand how to implement, monitor and get their goals accomplished.

Performance Management System

Leaders will have a formalized performance management system that includes monitoring of measures, targets and initiatives. They will get monthly coaching sessions to ensure they are on track to hit targets and goals, and able to work through any challenges. I will conduct regular evaluations to ensure progress and improvement, and advise on adjustments needed to the components of the performance mgt system based on the growth and evolution of the health center and it’s needs.
