Leadership Team Development Program

ONGOING MONTHLY SUPPORT FOR FQHC LEADERSHIP TEAMS

Community Health Centers provide critical services in their communities, and do so on a very tight budget.

As non-profits (or government/tribal owned entities), they receive federal funding to serve the underserved, but that funding formula has not changed in years, making the federal grants a small portion of the operating budget. HRSA requires FQHCs to provide comprehensive primary care, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy services from highly qualified clinicians. They also require a fully staffed leadership team of competent and confident executives and clinicians with leadership and management experience.

My Leadership Team Development Program takes FQHC leadership teams from feeling disjointed, overwhelmed and frustrated to feeling cohesive, confident and happy in their positions.

A structured monthly program designed to teach your leadership team the critical leadership skills needed to create a culture that attracts a high quality workforce, inspires good people to stay, and motivates teams to be more productive than ever.

Leadership Program: The Framework

  • Each month, Jill will offer 1 training on a leadership skill to the leadership
    team. This training will be delivered virtually, but will encourage and foster interaction with the group and peer learning.
  • Leaders will have 1:1 coaching sessions with Jill each month.
  • Group coaching will be offered once a month. This will be structured according to the team's needs, but could be a deep dive around one topic, case study discussions, knowledge sharing, and exercises to build trust and strong relationships.

Building a Culture of Relationship: The Framework

Leaders will have the tools and resources to provide ongoing leadership training to their teams.
