One of the best ways to increase your health center revenue is to attract new patients. The more patients you have the more visits you’ll have, the more internal referrals you can generate, the more prescriptions you can fill, and the more your 330 grant will increase. It’s a win-win-win-win.

However, attracting new patients in a highly competitive healthcare landscape can be difficult; especially if you have a small marketing budget.

I created a 4-part framework that I used to attract more than 1,000 new patients to my health center year after year. I shared all the juicy details of this framework on a webinar I did with Steven Weinman and the FQHC Connect community. We had a great turnout and SO many great questions from health centers wanting to increase the number of patients they serve.
