What’s the first thing you do when looking for a good restaurant, a new hairstylist, or a contractor?
You Google it or check recommendation sites to find highly-rated options, right? Would you hire a dog sitter or a mechanic without good ratings and reviews? đźš«
When looking for a good healthcare provider, patients want to go to someone highly rated and recommended. If your health center and your providers don't have any reviews, or it has 3 stars or less on Google, it's time to start putting some effort into improving.
👉 People don't usually think to leave a good review if they had a good experience, only if they had a bad experience. So, be proactive and persistent about asking patients to leave a review. I recently had some landscaping done, and the company sent me several reminders to leave them a review and a rating on Google. I was glad they reminded me and didn't see it as a nuisance because I would have forgotten to do it. They did a great job, so they deserved my recommendation!
You can't get Google to remove a poor rating, but you can improve your rating by getting lots of 4 and 5-star reviews. Ask patients, pharmacy customers, vendors, and friends of the health center to leave good reviews.
The next person looking for a good healthcare provider will choose you over your competition because of those glowing recommendations.
