As a former CEO at a federally qualified health center, I've seen how partnerships with community organizations, such as nursing homes, mental health facilities, correctional facilities, and shelters, typically offer people long-term services and need an excellent pharmacy to provide exceptional services to their residents.

... you can cement your pharmacy as a vital resource (and secure a steady monthly income!)
👉 My tip: Maintain a non-340b inventory of pharmaceuticals and meet with the medical directors, corrections captains, or executive directors in your area. Discuss the benefits of your services, negotiate cost + dispensing fees, and secure a contract that works for everyone.
