SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends SMS notifications, appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, educational information, and occasional marketing communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages from Steeley Strategic Solutions LLC, operating under the Jill Steeley brand, through our website at https://www.jillsteeley.com or through our scheduling, registration, and contact forms.

Opt-in is collected through web forms with dedicated checkboxes for SMS consent. Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are collected separately.

Messages may include:

• Appointment and consultation confirmations

• Appointment reminders

• Scheduling and rescheduling updates
